It has been around for ages, but I often get confused looks when I tell people that I do it whilst being on a plant based vegan lifestyle. I tend to fast for a period between 16-20 hours. This gives me 4 to 8 hours to consume all of my protein, vitamins, and nutrients for the day! I have seen a tremendous difference in my body and love fasting so far. Since life can be pretty social at times, plus I believe that balance is key for any lifestyle; On the weekends I eat as much as I'd like. I've been doing intermittent fasting for one week, still eating in abundance, still eating wholesome plant based foods and this is what I have found after only just one week.
